Today I did a podcast on Worldbuilding and so figured Id do a blog on it too…

After reading literally thousands of books in my 23 years of life, I firmly believe the world in which a story is set makes the story.

Even more than plot and characters, a good world can compensate for a bad plot or characters. It was draws you into the story and what draws you back even after the plot is done.

The World is what makes Star Wars and Harry Potter and Elder Scrolls so expansive and undying.
